STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to use of the public school infrastructure fund for energy efficient school buses.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
66:1 Public School Infrastructure Fund. Amend RSA 198:15-y, III(f) to read as follows:
(f) [Energy efficient] School buses or other vehicles used for transportation of students.
66:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
