STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

AN ACT relative to review of public school minimum standards by the legislative oversight committee.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

115:1 Statewide Education Improvement and Assessment Program; Legislative Oversight Committee. Amend RSA 193-C:8-a, IV(l) to read as follows:

(l) Review and make recommendations relating to academic standards under consideration by the state board of education pursuant to RSA 193-E:2-a, IV(c), and the minimum standards for public school approval under consideration by the state board of education pursuant to RSA 193-E:2-a, IV(a).

115:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
