STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to criminal records checks of teacher credentialing applicants.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
67:1 Teachers; Credentialing Applicant and Candidate Criminal History Records Check; Validity Extended. Amend RSA 189:13-c, II(c) to read as follows:
(c) The criminal history records check on a candidate shall be valid for a period of [3] 4 years.
67:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
