AN ACT relative to reporting by political committees.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

AN ACT relative to reporting by political committees.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Reporting by Political Committee RSA 664:6, IV is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:

IV. Any political committee shall file a statement reporting accumulated receipts and expenditures at each reporting deadline.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
