AN ACT relative to eating disorders as a qualifying condition for the therapeutic cannabis program.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

AN ACT relative to eating disorders as a qualifying condition for the therapeutic cannabis program.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Use of Cannabis for Therapeutic Purposes; Qualifying Medical Condition; Eating Disorders. Amend RSA 126-X:1, IX(b) by inserting after subparagraph (6) the following new subparagraph:

(7) Eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), and other specified feeding and eating disorder (OSFED).

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
