AN ACT relative to the historic horse racing moratorium.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to the historic horse racing moratorium.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Licensed Facilities; Eligible in 2026. Amend the heading of RSA 2021, 66:10 to read as follows:
66:10 Licensed Facilities; Eligible in [2024] 2026.
2 Amend Effective Date; Licensed Historic Horse Racing Facilities. Amend RSA 2021, 66:11, I to read as follows:
I. Section 10 of this act shall take effect July 1, [2024] 2026.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2024.
