STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three

AN ACT repealing the drug affordability board.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. The following are repealed:

I. RSA 126-BB, relative to the New Hampshire prescription drug affordability board.

II. RSA 6:12, I (b)(384), relative to the New Hampshire prescription drug affordability board administration fund.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect December 1, 2024.
