STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

AN ACT relative to generalized anxiety disorder as a qualifying condition for the therapeutic cannabis program.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

196:1 New Subparagraph; Use of Cannabis for Therapeutic Purposes; Qualifying Medical Condition; Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Amend RSA 126-X:1, IX(b) by inserting after subparagraph (6) the following new subparagraph:

(7) Generalized anxiety disorder.

196:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
