STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to the use of education freedom account funds to purchase school uniforms.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 194-F:2, II(h), relative to use of education freedom account funds to purchase school uniforms, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
