STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to the commission on Native American affairs.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
244:1 Commission on Native American Affairs; Quorum, Voting and Duties. Amend RSA 12-A:14-a, IV to read as follows:
IV. For voting purposes a quorum shall be [9 members.] 50 percent of the appointed members plus one additional member.
244:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
