STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to special meetings for changes in education funding.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Special Meeting for Change in Education Funding. Amend RSA 197:3-a by inserting after paragraph VIII the following new paragraph:
IX. The department of education shall determine the maximum reduction or increase by subtracting from the revised grant estimate pursuant to RSA 198:41, V, the earlier grant estimate pursuant to RSA 198:41, IV.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
