AN ACT relative to organic food certification and labeling.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

AN ACT relative to organic food certification and labeling.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. The following are repealed:

I. RSA 426:6-a, relative to organic labeling and advertising.

II. RSA 426:6-b, relative to organic certification.

III. RSA 426:6-d, relative to organic processors handlers certification fund.

IV. RSA 426:8, relative to rulemaking relative to organic processing.

V. RSA 426:8-a, relative to fess relative to organic processing.

VI. RSA 6:12, II(b)(347), relative to the organic processors handlers certification fund.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
