AN ACT relative to the autism registry.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

AN ACT relative to the autism registry.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

78:1 Repeal. The following are repealed:

I. RSA 171-A:30, relative to the autism registry.

II. RSA 171-A:31, relative to rulemaking regarding the autism registry.

III. The subdivision heading preceding RSA 171-A:30.

78:2 Department of Health and Human Services; Autism Registry Records. The department of health and human services shall make all reasonable efforts to destroy all data records pertaining to individuals contained in the autism registry that was created pursuant to RSA 171-A:30. The department may, at its discretion, retain aggregate data only.

78:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
