AN ACT relative to toilet facilities provided by restaurants.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three
AN ACT relative to toilet facilities provided by restaurants.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 155:40, relative to the requirement to provide toilet facilities in restaurants.
II. RSA 155:41, relative to the penalty for failure to provide such toilet facilities.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
