STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three
AN ACT establishing a minimum amount of uninsured motorist coverage required for vehicles operating as part of transportation network companies in New Hampshire.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Transportation Network Company; Financial Responsibility of TNCs. RSA 376-A:8, II(b) is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA 264:15, uninsured motorist bodily injury coverage in the amount of at least $50,000 for death and bodily injury per person; $100,000 for death and bodily injury per incident; and $25,000 for property damage, including the duty to defend.
2 Financial Responsibility of TNCs. RSA 376-A:8, IV(b) is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA 264:15, uninsured motorist bodily injury coverage in the amount of at least $50,000 for death and bodily injury per person; $100,000 for death and bodily injury per incident; and $25,000 for property damage, including the duty to defend.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
