AN ACT relative to the fee differential for non-member lot rent in a manufactured housing park.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three

AN ACT relative to the fee differential for non-member lot rent in a manufactured housing park.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Regulation of Manufactured Housing Parks; Notice Required Before Sale; Fee Differential for Non-member Lot Rent. Amend RSA 205-A:21, V to read as follows:

V. No resident owned manufactured housing park shall charge a non-member more than [$25] 15 percent additional rent over the member lot rent.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
