AN ACT relative to repealing the graduation requirement regarding Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) applications.
AMENDED ANALYSIS

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to repealing the graduation requirement regarding Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) applications.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 193:26-a, relative to the graduation requirement regarding the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
II. RSA 186:8, IX, relative to rules regarding RSA 193:26-a.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
