STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT prohibiting the use of dogs while hunting coyotes.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Coyote Hounding. Amend RSA 208 by inserting after section 1-e the following new section:
208:1-f Coyote Hounding. It is prohibited to use dogs to hunt coyotes.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
