STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

AN ACT relative to allowing toll-free use for vehicles registered with municipal plates.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

18:1 New Subparagraph; Exemption From Tolls. Amend RSA 237:12, I by inserting after subparagraph (d) the following new subparagraph:

(e) Motor vehicles bearing plates registered to a New Hampshire municipality.

18:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
