Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 266:1 Offshore Wind Industry Workforce Training Center Committee; Reference Deleted. Amend RSA 12-O:51-a, III to read as follows: III. The committee shall report annually by November 1 to the governor[, the chair of the New Hampshire offshore wind and port development commission under RSA 374-F:10,] and the president of the Business and Industry Association. 266:2 New Hampshire Rare Disease Advisory Council Established. Amend RSA 126-A:79, III to read as follows: III. Terms of office shall be for 3 years, except that legislative members shall serve the terms coterminous with their terms of office. [No member shall serve more than 2 full consecutive terms.] 266:3 Repeal. The following are repealed: I. RSA 4:9-p through 4:9-r and the subdivision heading preceding RSA 4:9-p, relative to the New Hampshire recovery monument commission. II. RSA 10:5 through 10:10 and the subdivision heading preceding RSA 10:5, relative to the lakeshore redevelopment planning commission. III.
