HB1048-FN: relative to repealing the prohibition on the possession or sale of blackjacks, slung shots, and metallic knuckles except by or to minors.
Any person who sells, delivers, or otherwise transfers any blackjack, slung shot, or metallic knuckles to a person under the age of 18 shall be guilty of a violation. 2 Repeal. RSA 159:17, relative to exceptions to the prohibition against carrying or selling weapons, is repealed. 3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2027.
