unicipal treasurers. Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 71:1 Choice and Duties of Town Officers; Financial Duties. Amend RSA 41:9, VIII to read as follows: VIII. The selectmen shall be responsible for establishing procedures to ensure that all funds paid to the town from any department shall be remitted to the treasurer at least on a weekly basis
