ost of the renovations to Stevens High School completed in 2015 during the building aid moratorium. The funds shall be withdrawn from the revenue stabilization reserve account in RSA 9:13-e. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. 3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
