Matter removed from current law appears [in brackets and struckthrough.] Matter which is either (a) all new or (b) repealed and reenacted appears in regular type. 25-0132 08/11 STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five AN ACT making an appropriation to the department of environmental services for wastewater infrastructure projects. Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 Department of Environmental Services; Eligible Wastewater Projects; Appropriation. There is hereby appropriated to the department of environmental services the sum of $15,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026 and $15,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, which shall be nonlapsing, for the purpose of funding wastewater projects approved pursuant to RSA 486 on or before June 30, 2026. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. The actual payback periods, annual payments, and interest rates will vary with each application. While the bill appropriates the nonlapsing funds in the coming biennium, the state aid grant payments for the projects will be over twenty years or more.
