SB551-FN: relative to legal protections for legal reproductive health care services.

uring an investigation, and reports and records made by the office because of its investigation, shall be held confidential and shall be exempt from the disclosure requirements of RSA 91-A, unless such information subsequently becomes part of a public disciplinary hearing, or unless the disciplinary hearing is regarding the provision of legally protected health care activity as defined by RSA 132-B:1, II.
