Circuit Court - Rules of The Circuit Court of the State of New Hampshire -- District Division - Rule 5.8. Damages.

A. The Landlord and Tenant Writ shall contain a space for the plaintiff to claim damages for nonpayment of rent and require a statement of the amount thereof. B. In rendering judgment the Court is limited to a judgment of not more than fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00).
