Circuit Court - Rules of the Circuit Court of the State of New Hampshire -- Family Division - Rule 11.2 Reappointment

(a) A marital master desiring to be reappointed at the expiration of the master’s original term, must file a request with the Administrative Judge of the Judicial Branch Family Division, no later than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the term. (b) In making the decision to reappoint, the Administrative Judge shall review all performance evaluations conducted during the master’s term of office, conduct a personal interview with the master as deemed necessary, and consider any other relevant information received from any person concerning the master’s performance during the master’s term of office. (c) Reappointment shall be at the discretion of the Administrative Judge of the Judicial Branch Family Division, with the concurrence of the supreme court, subject to such conditions as may be appropriate.
