Personal bonds shall be used only when ordered by the Court, and no such bond shall be accepted unless the principal duly subscribes: I, THE PRINCIPAL NAMED ABOVE, AGREE TO PAY THE JUDGE OF PROBATE THE AMOUNT OF THIS BOND IF I DO NOT FAITHFULLY PERFORM THE DUTIES OF MY OFFICE AS FIDUCIARY AS REQUIRED BY NEW HAMPSHIRE LAW. THIS OBLIGATION SHALL CONTINUE UNTIL I FULFILL ALL OF MY DUTIES AND SHALL BE BINDING ON MY ESTATE.
