(A) The duties and responsibilities of commission members, employees and agents of LAP, including volunteers serving under Rule 58.4, are duties and responsibilities owed to the Court. Nothing in these rules shall be construed as creating a civil cause of action or right of suit. (B) Except as otherwise required by law, or to prevent the commission of a crime, commission members, employees and agents of LAP including volunteers are relieved of the duty of disclosure of information to authorities required by N.H. Rules of Professional Conduct 8.3.
