In Case No. LD-2015-0003, In the Matter of Jason T. Throne, Esquire, the court on April 3, 2015, issued the following order: On March 20, 2015, the Professional Conduct Committee submitted a request from Attorney Jason T. Throne to resign in accordance with Rule 37(11), along with the committee’s recommendation that the resignation be accepted. The committee’s request was accompanied by an affidavit of Attorney Throne, which satisfies the requirements of the rule. The court has reviewed the affidavit of Attorney Throne and the recommendation of the Professional Conduct Committee. In accordance with Rule 37(11), Attorney Throne’s resignation from the bar is accepted. Attorney Throne has waived his right to confidentiality of his affidavit. Accordingly, Attorney Throne’s affidavit, which had been placed in a confidential file in accordance with the rule, shall be available for public inspection.
