ORDER LD-2019-0004, In the Matter of Michael E. Anderson, Esquire On April 18, 2019, the Professional Conduct Committee submitted a request from Attorney Michael E. Anderson to resign in accordance with Rule 37(11). In accordance with this rule, the Professional Conduct Committee submitted a recommendation that the resignation be accepted. Attorney Anderson’s request was accompanied by his affidavit, which satisfies the requirements of the rule. The court has reviewed the affidavit of Attorney Anderson and the recommendation of the Professional Conduct Committee.
