ORDER ISSUING PUBLIC CENSURE

This is a reciprocal discipline matter. Sup. Ct. R. 37(12). Tyler Pentoliros, Esquire, was issued a public reprimand by the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (“BBO”) on June 26, 2020. The New Hampshire Attorney Discipline Office (“ADO”) filed a certified copy of the public reprimand on October 7, 2020. On December 8, 2020, the New Hampshire Supreme Court issued an order finding appropriate, under Rule 37(12)(d), the imposition of reciprocal discipline in this state. The Court remanded the matter to this Committee for the issuance of that discipline, which is a public censure. Accordingly, the Professional Conduct Committee issues a public censure tc Tyler Pentoliros, Esquire, as reciprocal discipline based on the BBO’s order of June 26, 2020. December 9, 2020 David M.
