ORDER LD-2023-0015, In the Matter of Byron J. Siegal, Esquire On October 23, 2023, the Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) submitted a request from Attorney Byron J. Siegal to resign from the bar in accordance with Rule 37(11), along with the PCC’s recommendation that the resignation be accepted. The PCC’s recommendation was accompanied by an affidavit of Attorney Siegal, which satisfies the requirements of Rule 37(11). The PCC also recommended that Attorney Siegal, in accordance with his signed agreement, be assessed the costs incurred in the investigation and prosecution of the disciplinary matter. The court has reviewed the affidavit of Attorney Siegal and the recommendation of the PCC. In accordance with Rule 37(11), Attorney Siegal’s resignation from the bar is accepted. Attorney Siegal shall reimburse the Attorney Discipline Office for the costs incurred by the attorney discipline system in the investigation and prosecution of this matter.
