ORDER LD-2024-0007, In the Matter of Brian D. Kenyon, Esquire On April 24, 2024, the Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) submitted a request from Attorney Brian D. Kenyon to resign from the bar in accordance with Rule 37(11), along with the PCC’s recommendation that the resignation be accepted. The PCC’s recommendation was accompanied by an affidavit of Attorney Kenyon, which satisfies the requirements of Rule 37(11). The court has reviewed the affidavit of Attorney Kenyon and the recommendation of the PCC. In accordance with Rule 37(11), Attorney Kenyon’s resignation from the bar is accepted.
