ORDER LD-2023-0003, In the Matter of Roxana Marchosky, Esquire Attorney Roxana Marchosky’s motion to rescind this court’s order to suspend her from the practice of law and immediately reinstate her license to practice law in New Hampshire is denied. After review of Attorney Marchosky’s notification of resignation from the New Hampshire bar, the court waives the various requirements of Supreme Court Rule 37(11) (“Resignation By Attorney Under Disciplinary Investigation”) and grants the resignation as of this date. Any other requests by Attorney Marchosky for relief are denied. The report of Attorney Laura B. Bar lett a is approved. The invoice of Attorney Christopher D. Hawkins is approved in the amount of $3,400.00. The invoice shall be paid in the first instance from the funds of the judicial branch, which may seek reimbursement from Attorney Marchosky, as set forth in the court’s April 3, 2023 order.
