NOTICE OF JOINDER IN BRIEF OF THE
APPELLEE/RESPONDENT, TOWN OF CONWAY
AND REQUEST FOR SHARED ORAL ARGUMENT
The respondents/appellees, 13 Green Street Properties, LLC, 1675
W.M.H., LLC and Settlers’ R2, Inc. (together, “Settlers”), submit this
notice to the Court of their joinder in the Brief of Appellee/Respondent
Town of Conway.
Settlers fully joins the Town of Conway in the arguments made in its
brief and in the Town’s request that this Court affirm the trial court’s order
upholding the Town’s discontinuance of McMillan Lane.
Finally, if oral argument is scheduled by the Court, Settlers, like the
Town, requests 15 minutes of oral argument to be shared with counsel for
the Town.
