SUPREME COURT

In Case No. 2024-0337, State of New Hampshire v. Timothy R. Verrill, the court on August 19, 2024, issued the following order: Defendant’s motion to waive the filing fee is granted. Attorney Julia Nye’s motion to withdraw as counsel and appoint new counsel on appeal is granted.

On August 15, 2024, the appellate defender was appointed to represent the defendant. Attorney Juila Nye is deemed withdrawn.

Case is accepted. On or before September 3, 2024, the appellate defender may file an amended transcript order form. The amended transcript order form shall supplement the transcript order form filed with the notice of appeal and shall identify, with specificity, any additional dates and/or types of proceedings that the appellate defender wishes to have transcribed for this appeal. If an amended transcript order form is not filed, the court will proceed with the transcript order form previously filed.

This order is entered by a single justice (Countway, J.). See Rule 21(7).
