The following summaries of the issues on appeal have been prepared by clerk’s office staff for the convenience of the public. The Supreme Court has neither approved nor reviewed any of the summaries. Whether the trial court erred in its calculation and division of marital assets by including assets that were inaccurately valued or overcounted, resulting in a financial obligation imposed on the respondent that exceeds the assets actually available to him. Whether the trial court erred in its determination of parenting time and visitation by failing to adequately consider the findings contained in the initial guardian ad litem report and by relying on findings that overstated the amount of time the respondent was not present in the children’s daily lives.
