STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five

AN ACT relative to consumption of beverages or liquor in areas not approved for service by the liquor commission.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

139:1 Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages in Restrooms Permissible. Amend RSA 179:27, II to read as follows:

II. No beverages or liquor shall be served or consumed in foyers, hallways, kitchens, [restrooms,] or other areas not approved for service by the commission.

139:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
