Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 139:1 Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages in Restrooms Permissible. Amend RSA 179:27, II to read as follows: II. No beverages or liquor shall be served or consumed in foyers, hallways, kitchens, [restrooms,] or other areas not approved for service by the commission. 139:2 Effective Date.
