100-A:9-a Members on Leave Under the Family and Medical Leave Act; Eligibility for Death or Disability Benefits. –
For purposes of RSA 100-A:6, 8, and 9, any member who is on leave under the provisions of the federal Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as amended, shall be considered in service for purposes of eligibility for death or disability benefits.
