107-D:9 Coordination With Other Agencies. –
The department is expressly authorized to coordinate with or to contract with the division of emergency services and communications established in RSA 21-P:48-a and with other state agencies or departments, including but not limited to the department of transportation and the department of health and human services, to perform any activities necessary to implement this chapter.
