1:11 Penalty for Alteration Without Application and Permit. – Whoever violates the provisions of RSA 1:8 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person. Source. 2000, 35:1, eff. Jan. 1, 2001.
