12-A:2-i Multiple Use Management of White Mountain National Forest Land. – The commissioner of the department of natural and cultural resources, or designee, shall have the authority and responsibility to consult and work with the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service in order to promote and maintain continued multiple use management of White Mountain National Forest land. Amend RSA 12-A by inserting after section 2-k the following new section: 12-A:2-l Dog Access in State Parks. I. Dogs shall be permitted year-round in all state parks operated by the department of natural and cultural resources,
