12-A:27 Field Purchase Limits. –
Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA 21-I:17-a, I, the director of parks and recreation may make purchases by the use of field purchase orders for expenditures of up to $2,000 for the Cannon Mountain ski operations and facilities.
