RSA 12-G:51 · Enforcement Powers
12-G:51 Enforcement Powers. – The chief harbor master and the deputy chief harbor master shall have all of the powers of a police officer, including but not limited to the power to make arrests set forth in RSA 594, to enforce, investigate, and prosecute any:
Copy linkViolation of the provisions of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter relating to the division and division property, including but not limited to the provisions of RSA 12-G:42, X and XI; and
