12-G:51 Enforcement Powers. – The chief harbor master and the deputy chief harbor master shall have all of the powers of a police officer, including but not limited to the power to make arrests set forth in RSA 594, to enforce, investigate, and prosecute any:

Violation of the provisions of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter relating to the division and division property, including but not limited to the provisions of RSA 12-G:42, X and XI; and
