124-A:13 Real Property Acquisition. –

I.

This chapter shall not be construed as creating, in any condemnation proceedings brought under the power of eminent domain, any element of value or of damage not in existence immediately prior to the date of enactment of this chapter.

Any agency acquiring real property using federal funds or state funds shall comply with the provisions of Title III of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (P.L. 91-646), as amended, and RSA 498-A. Source. 1989, 147:1, eff. May 17, 1989.
