126-D:2 Purposes. – The purposes of this chapter are to:
Copy linkAuthorize the commissioner, department of health and human services, to enter into interstate agreements with parallel agencies of other states for the protection of children on behalf of whom adoption assistance is being provided under RSA 170-F.
