135-F:1 Purposes. – The purposes of this chapter are to:
Copy linkIncrease service effectiveness and improve outcomes for children with behavioral health challenges and their caretakers.
Copy linkReduce the cost of providing services by leveraging funding sources other than general funds, reducing the need for costly out-of-home placements, and reducing duplication across agencies.
