RSA 143-A:10 · Penalty

143-A:10 Penalty. – Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with the lawful orders and requirements of the commissioner shall, upon conviction of a:

First offense, be guilty of a violation;

Second offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor; and
