143-A:27 Duties; Department of Health and Human Services. – The department shall:

Maintain a database of all wild mushroom identifier, harvester, and distributor licensees. Such database shall be available to the public on the department's Internet site.

Approve training courses and licensing exams for tier 1 and tier 2 mushroom identifier, harvester, and distributor licenses.

III.

Develop an education and notification program for food service licensees on the wild mushrooms approved for harvest and sale on the tier 1 and tier 2 lists, including but not limited to photos of such mushrooms. Source. 2021, 70:1, eff. July 1, 2022.
